Refund

The following reasons are covered by our 30-day FULL Refund / FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item since our products are customized.

  • Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
  • Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size.
  • Lost/missing items.
  • No Refund & Replacement

    The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy, and we are not liable for these issues. Additionally, please allow for differences of up to 20% between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting during photo shoots or variations in monitor displays.

  • Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  • Picked the wrong size, product, address, or custom information.
  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
  • Personal reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
  • Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
  • How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    • Step 1: Contact Customer Service
      Reach out to us at support@diyweave.com and let us know your issue.
    • Step 2: Provide Proof
      Send photos or videos of the defective item you received, along with a picture of the outer packaging and the full shipping label. This helps us verify and solve your problem quickly.
    • Step 3: Receive Refund or Replacement
      Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we’ll process a refund or send you a replacement right away.

    Refund Processing Time

    If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the same payment method you used to purchase the item.

    Here's how long it typically takes for the refund to appear on your account or statement:

    • PayPal: 3–5 business days
      (Up to 30 days if paid with a credit or debit card)

    We have a 30-day return or replacement policy, which means you have30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to ourwarehouse (with a tracking number) in the original condition that youreceived it with tags, and in its original packaging. We regret that useditems are not eligible for a refund. You'll also need the receipt or proofof purchase.
    Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for arefund, only items sent back to one ofour warehouses.
    Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
    Shipping costs are not refundable.

    lf yourreturn is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well asinstructions on how and where to send your package. ltems sent backto us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Order cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've beenplaced. After an hour, our team will have already registered your orderin our system and in our carrier's system.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediatelyif the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, sothat we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions/non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (suchas food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders orpersonalized items), and personal care goods (such as beautyproducts). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials,flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questionsor concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the itemyou have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchasefor the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, andlet you know if the refund was approved or not. lf approved, you'll beautomatically refunded on your original payment method within 10business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank orcredit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved yourreturn, please contact us at support@diyweave.com


    Shipping
    To return your product, you should mail your product to the returnaddress at our international distribution hub in Singapore. The fullreturn address will be provided upon request.

    Please take note that you will be responsible for paying for your ownshipping costs for returning your item.shipping costs are non-refundable.


    If you are shipping an item over $15, you should consider using atrackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don'tguarantee that we will receive your returned item.
